Joshua Tarr graduated summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015. Throughout law school, Mr. Tarr interned with two established law firms in Baltimore City where he began learning the intricacies of practicing criminal law and civil litigation.
While a law student, he served as a law scholar where he assisted first-year law students with their Civil Procedure course. Mr. Tarr was also selected to perform duties as a research assistant, aiding his professor in drafting a published article involving election and referendum law in the State of Maryland. He also served as a student attorney with the University of Baltimore's Community Development Clinic, assisting local non-profits with a variety of legal issues, including business filing requirements and transactional matters such as drafting contracts.
Since graduating, Mr. Tarr has been admitted to the Bars for the State of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Although Joshua began his career as an associate with a Baltimore City law firm, he quickly recognized the need for affordable, personable legal services in his home town in Southern Maryland.
Thus, he founded the Law Office of Joshua Tarr, LLC, in hopes of providing his talents and experience to his local community! Contact Joshua Tarr today for all of your legal needs.
